US-China trade war paper in the news
Today, we have another good example of how scientific results are taken up and discussed by the public. A recently published comment in Nature "Why the US–China trade war spells disaster for the Amazon", led by Richard Fuchs and with contributions of Calum Brown and Mark Rounsevell, is currently picked up by over 60 news websites and read by over 4.500.000 Twitter users. With a current Altmetric score of over 500, Richard's paper is in the top 5% of all research outputs scored by Altmetric.
