Judith Kloibhofer

Judith Kloibhofer is a Master student in Ecology and Biodiversity at the Universtiy of Innsbruck. She joined the Land Use Change and Climate Research Group at IMK-IFU, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology for her master thesis. The thesis is part of the wildE project, which studies climate-smart rewilding as a solution to the twin threats of climate change and biodiversity loss. The aim of Judith’s master thesis is to identify areas in Europe with high potential for rewilding. In addition to ecosystem restoration, Judith’s other interests include landscape ecology, mapping of birds and plants, and the impacts of climate change and biodiversity loss on society and landscapes.
