Stephanie Rehschuh

Stephanie Rehschuh joined the Land Use Change research group in autumn 2020 and is involved in a project that investigates the effects of climate change on bumblebees, together with Penelope Whitehorn. Her research focuses on the survival of hibernating bumblebee queens in the field under different climatic and snowmelt conditions. She has a broad interest in environmental changes due to global change. Before joining the Land Use Change research group, she has worked on her PhD project within the BuTaKli project (https://butakli.de/) dedicated to the effects of climate change and beech diversification on soil biogeochemical processes in European beech forests.
